I love ALL of your books but especially this one. Thank You for speaking on the immigration issue. You have many readers and hopefully you will open some hearts to what it means to be an “American”. Except for the Indians, are families were ALL from somewhere else. I am the first generation from my family to be born in the United States. My parents were from England and Canada. Just love one another, get to know individuals. Do not dislike a whole group of people based on race, religion etc. Start a conversation. Keep doing what you are doing!! Waiting for your next book 🙂
Regarding page 27 and the mention of town curmudgeon Stan Wysocki, the Town of Bolton (MA) has a real Stan Wysocki who serves on the Board of Selectmen. Any relation?
love your books especially since I’ve lived in Maine most of my life. I don’t know how accurate you intend to be about Maine but we do not have billboards in Maine and haven’t for years. It is one of the many reasons I love Maine.
