MAIL-ORDER MURDER
As if baking holiday cookies, knitting a sweater for her husband’s gift, and making her daughter’s angel costume for the church pageant weren’t enough things for Lucy Stone’s busy Christmas schedule, she’s also working nights at the famous mail-order company Country Cousins. But when she discovers Sam Miller, its very wealthy founder, dead in his car from an apparent suicide, the sleuth in her knows something just doesn’t smell right.
Taking time out from her hectic holiday life to find out what really happened, her investigation leads to a backlog of secrets as long as Santa’s Christmas Eve route. Lucy is convinced that someone murdered Sam Miller. But who and why? With each harrowing twist she uncovers in this bizarre case, another shocking revelation is exposed. Now, as Christmas draws near and Lucy gets dangerously closer to the truth, she’s about to receive a present from Santa she didn’t ask for–a killer who won’t be satisfied until everyone on his shopping list is dead, including Lucy herself…
“Lucy Stone is an endearing sleuth.”

I have your book titled: Mail-Order Murder…A Christmas Mystery. It seems to have the same story as…Mistletoe Murder. This hardcover was published Dec. of 1991. On the inside cover is a notation…From Scrizie-1991. But on the title page it seems to be signed by Leslie Meier Dec 91.
Thank you. I have read all of your Lucy Stone books and look forward to the new one coming out later this month.
Dear Ms. Meier — please oh please make Mistletoe Murder (Mail Order Murder) available as an ebook — I have read your books and love them and I would like to re-enjoy them on my kindle but I refuse to do it piecemeal — when the first one becomes available, then I will buy it and all the other ones subsequently, but not until then. Sometimes authors think their first effort wasn’t very good, but if that were the case, why would I have stuck by you? I loved Lucy Stone from the first book on and I want them all available as ebooks. (In fact the first one might even have been my favorite of all).
Thanks — I hope you can make this happen.
Dear Ms. Meier, I too am anxiously waiting for your first three books for my Nook… I’m not sure which book is number 4 though? I am missing Mistletoe Murder, Tippy Toe Murder and Back to School Murder to complete my set of your books on my Nook. : ) Love the series.
Thanks, Lana Davis
PS I have a children’s book out named Mouse Adventures: The Tale of Micah Mouse. I wrote the story and did all the watercolors for the book’s illustrations. You can see it on Amazon.com. ; )
This is the only way I can find ot contact you Miss Meier, so I hope you can help me. The 13th book in your Lucy Stone series was offered free today on the Amazon Kindle. However, I like to start from the beginning with series. The problem is that the first 4 books in the Lucy Stone series are not available on Kindle yet, while all the others that are published so far are available, as far as I can tell. If there’s anything you can do to get the first 4 moved up the line to be available for the Kindle sooner, I would appreciate it as I’m sure your other fans would. Thank you.
